What absolute poor customer service today.
Went in to grab some wiper blades. All was good when walked in, until the gentleman who was serving took his personal mobile out to take a call. Mind you, he was still in the middle of serving a customer.
Waiting patiently, I walked over to were the wiper blades were to grab them myself as I thought it was so rude he took a call while servingme. 5 minutes later he came over to where I was still on the personal call to point to the blades I needed.
Bloody rude and disappointing service repco. Teach your employees how customer service works and to not service while taking personal calls.
The new store is much bigger which is great, but staff seem to forget that without customers your job wouldn't exist. I have visited this store three times since the move, and every time I have dealt with poor service. The staff clearly do not enjoy working there.
Excellent customer service. The ladies were full of knowledge and thanks to them I found out another company gave me the totally wrong wiper blades. I will be returning customer. Thanks Ladies for your help and honesty.
About to move to a new and vastly bigger premises, but still friendly and helpful staff. Can't wait to visit new Repco store.
Ordered a brake master cylinder on line great savings organized a courier company to pick part up phoned store to organize spoke to Stacy great customer service willing to help even after purchase was made. I would highly recommend due to the quality of customer service I received at this store thank you Stacy.
This store is a joke, letting you believe they have a product in store you've been trying to purchase online. Which their website's horrible too, and when you get there you're told sorry we just sold it.
But we have this one it's better than the other one an I'll give it to you for the same price as it costs more than the one you wanted lies it's the same price.I would steer clear of this place
After looking online to see my parts were available in the Cranbourne store I headed down only to find out they weren’t and needed to be ordered in. Whilst inconvenient I didn’t think to much off it until I went to pay and was told that there’s a $5 charge to deliver it to the store!. I know it’s only $5 but what an absolute joke!. If you think your getting my $5 to deliver my parts and YOUR stock to your store think again. There’s that many part stores in Cranbourne and you won’t see my in your store again…..
Great store for all your car, truck, whatever you need for the Mr. Fixit in your family. Sure, the others have parts, etc, but these guys know their stuff. Parts and advice is all they know so come here 1st and save your time and frustrations they'll look After you 😀 …
